Introduction

These Terms govern use of Echoflicks, the Echoflicks website, WhatsApp experiences, Felix and related services operated by ECHOFLICKS S.L.

By using Echoflicks, users agree to these Terms.

About Echoflicks

Echoflicks allows users to upload photos, videos and related content to generate short cinematic memory films called Echoes using AI-assisted creative tools.

Echoflicks also offers a real-estate product (the “Studio”) through which estate agencies and other business customers generate property films from listing photos, floor plans and listing text.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

User content

Users retain ownership of content uploaded to Echoflicks. By uploading content, users grant Echoflicks a limited licence to process content, generate Echoes, store and maintain the cinematic archive and provide requested service functionality.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to upload photographs, videos, audio and images of family members, children, friends or others appearing in submitted content.

AI processing

Echoflicks uses third-party AI technologies for image-to-video generation, voice/audio generation and storytelling tools. Echoflicks does not use user content to train, fine-tune or improve AI foundation models.

AI-generated content and disclosure

Every film Echoflicks produces is artificially generated or manipulated: still photographs are animated, narration and music are synthesised, and scenes are edited by AI. Films are creative, illustrative works. They may change light, mood, atmosphere and ambient motion, and they are not a survey, measurement or factual record of any place, object or person shown.

To meet our own obligations under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act) and similar laws, every film we render carries an embedded, machine-readable marker identifying it as AI-generated. Users must not remove, alter or obscure that marker where the law of the place of publication requires AI-generated content to be identifiable. Studio customers may additionally choose to render a visible “AI-generated” label on their films; the label is offered as a convenience and does not replace any disclosure the customer is separately required to make.

Business customers and the Studio

Echoflicks provides the tools; the customer owns the use. Where a business customer (including an estate agency, its agents and any user of the Studio) generates, downloads, publishes, broadcasts or shares a film, that customer is solely responsible for: (a) where, how and to whom the film is published; (b) the accuracy and completeness of the listing information, prices, measurements, descriptions and any other facts supplied to or derived by Echoflicks; (c) holding all rights, licences and consents in the photographs, floor plans, text, logos and other materials it submits; (d) compliance with the advertising, consumer-protection, property-marketing, platform and AI-disclosure rules that apply in each market in which the film is used, including any obligation to label the film as AI-generated or to disclose that the images have been digitally altered; and (e) confirming that the film does not misrepresent the property to a prospective buyer or tenant.

Echoflicks aims to enhance the feeling of a property, never its fabric: our generation tools are directed to keep the architecture, layout, fixtures, furniture and finishes as photographed and to change only light, atmosphere and ambient motion. Generative models are not deterministic, however, and the customer must review every film before publishing it and must not publish a film that it knows, or ought to know, misrepresents the property.

The business customer shall indemnify and hold harmless ECHOFLICKS S.L. from any claim, fine, loss or cost arising from the customer’s publication or use of a film, from the materials it submitted, or from its breach of this section.

User responsibilities

Users must not upload illegal content, infringing content, unlawful sexual content, violent or abusive material, or content that violates the rights of others.

Payments

Some services may require payment or subscription access. Pricing, billing terms and subscription details will be shown at the point of purchase.

Availability

Echoflicks is an evolving technology platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage availability, error-free generation or specific creative outputs.

Deletion and account closure

Users may request deletion of individual Echoes, uploaded content or their account. Limited logs, backups or operational records may remain temporarily for security, legal or infrastructure purposes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
